1 · Export
Export your Invoice2go data
- Log in to the web app (export isn't available on iOS or Android), click your company name, then Account & settings > Export data.
- Choose a data type (invoices, estimates, clients, items, expenses, credit memos, purchase orders, time tracking or appointments), click Export, and download the zipped CSV from the email.
- For payments, go to Reports > Report list, pick a Payments report (by date, by client, by type, or the Payments Journal), and export it as CSV or PDF.
- To keep a copy of an actual invoice, print it or save it as a PDF from the invoice.
- FormatsZipped CSV for the data export; CSV or PDF for reports; PDF for single invoices (print or save)
- Watch outThe data export works only on the web. Payments aren't in the data export list and come out only through reports. The CSVs aren't formatted for QuickBooks, Xero or other accounting software. No plan restriction is mentioned, and you can still export from the web after the subscription lapses.
2 · Cancel
Cancel Invoice2go
- On the web: click your company name, then Account & settings > Manage subscription > Update Payment Method > Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
- If you paid on an iPhone or iPad, cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions. If you paid on Android, cancel in Google Play subscriptions.
- Deleting the account doesn't stop Apple billing, so cancel the Apple subscription first.
Afterwards: The plan runs to the end of the current billing cycle. There's no refund for unused time, and you lose any promotional price. After that the account is deactivated: you can see the invoice, client and item lists but can't open documents or detailed reports. Data is kept until you ask for deletion, you can still export it from the web, and paying reactivates the account.
